so i found these splendid pants..but the elastic was SO tight they were uncomfortable.
yes you've got it, i unpicked the waistbands, removed the offensive elastic, overlocked the edges, folded the tops over and inserted a drawstring.
.....and i dont mind saying that they are now the most comfortable pants in the whole world.
100% cotton
with a sweet leafy motif
dark petrol blue
3/4 length
two side pockets
two back pockets
and of course the drawstring waist
fully extended the waist now measures up to a 42 inch waist comfortably!
a revelation.
